Genuine Lishi's very own Pan Huiyi was the overall victor in the Asia Pacific KING OF LISHI Competition held at the annual Master Locksmiths Association (MLA) Conference and Trade Exhibition in Australia.
However due to the fact that she is widely known as the Queen of Lishi, and therefore had a distinct advantage over the other contestants, she reluctantly had to step down from the throne and pass on the crown to the runner-up!

Caterham High School, Dagenham & Redbridge, recently installed a remotely monitored security system supplied by specialist infrared CCTV supplier, Basson Group. The school administrators were looking for a surveillance solution capable of protecting them against the rising problem of stolen lead roofing and other break-ins being experienced by schools across the borough.
The products fitted were from Basson's range of long-distance IR cameras, monitored by Kent-based CCTV and Alarm Monitoring company, FLR Spectron.
MOBOTIX AG has recognised NBM Distribution Limited, a specialist supplier of data network cabling architecture solutions and security products as its “Newcomer of the Year” following its first full year as the newest UK MOBOTIX distributor.
The award presented at the recent partner event at the MOBOTIX headquarters in Langmeil, Germany follows NBM achieving target growth and certifying its technical lead to the MOBOTIX “Train the Trainer” programme allowing NBM to offer advanced training courses on MOBOTIX technologies to its active partners.
The aluminium and glass structures were built for steelwork designer and manufacturer Conder Allslade and are located within the FIA site. The event is held biannually at the 770-acre TAG Farnborough Airport in Hampshire.
Boon Edam has announced a significant expansion of the company's training programs for its dealers, installers, and end users. In 2015, the company will be offering monthly webinar training, as well as several sessions of factory training at the Boon Edam production facility in Lillington, NC., USA.
The free Technical Webinars will be offered monthly, with each Webinar lasting 60-90 minutes. Webinars are open to those enrolled in Boon Edam's customer database through a Boon Edam Business Development Manager. Invitations will be sent out ahead of the training date, and the session is open to anyone that receives an invite and their colleagues.

A hotel booking website has been fined £7,500 after becoming the latest victim of one of the ‘oldest hackers’ tricks in the book’. The ICO is warning organisations that they must act now to protect themselves from SQL injection attacks – which remain one of the most common forms of online attack.
Presented at the prestigious Hilton Hotel on Park Lane in London attended by over 1,000 Security industry experts, Director Will Murray received the award on behalf of the company.
VPS has announced the acquisition of Camwatch, a specialist security provider to a wide range of sectors in the United Kingdom. The transaction completed November 2014, last week. Based in Greater Manchester, Camwatch has over 10 years' experience in developing security products.
They are being used at Dorchester House, a 540-bed residence let exclusively during term time to Bournemouth University and students on Kaplan International Colleges programmes.
Security company Hadrian Technology, based in the North East of England, has installed a cutting-edge CCTV system for an Irish retail distribution centre to combat false injury claims which has paid for itself within six months.
