Investing in a secure future

* Yale-New-starters.jpgFollowing significant growth over recent months, security specialist Yale is investing in the future of the sector with the appointment of two new team members.

Graduate Tom Eling has been appointed as National Sales Merchandiser and will be travelling the country in a bespoke Yale van, offering customers guidance and advice on security products. He takes over from Tim Jackson, who has been promoted to the role of National Account Executive.

Attending a variety of events, store openings and training days, Tom will run live demonstrations featuring Yale's latest products, as well as those that have proven popular for merchants and retailers. The demonstrations are designed to support customers with varying degrees of experience in fitting Yale products, from DIY-ers to tradesmen.

Gavin Kirk joins as Territory Manager for the North East and Scotland and will be working closely with architectural ironmongers, locksmiths and merchant customers. He previously worked for Era and has a wealth of expertise, with 16 years' experience in the security products sector.

Nigel Fisher, Managing Director for Yale, comments: "The Yale team has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months, with a number of people recruited internally and externally.

"From graduates starting out in their first roles to more experienced recruits, we are committed to investing in people, providing career progression opportunities while at the same time enabling us to increase the support we offer our customers."
