Phenomenal response to Avocet's ABS Snap Secure cylinder

Since its launch in January, the Avocet ABS Snap Secure Cylinder has been a phenomenal success. To date, sales are in excess of £320,000, and could reach £900,000 by the end of the year - far more than Avocet predicted.

The ABS Snap Secure Cylinder is said to have a unique design which makes it one of the most secure cylinders on the market. While the external half of the cylinder is designed to be sacrificed under attack, the internal half will always remain secure with the cam retained in the locked position. And it doesn't require additional security measures like security handles or cylinder guards. It achieves PAS024 tests and has Kitemark certification and Secured by Design status.
