Shares of Infinova, one of the world’s leading video surveillance systems manufacturers, were successfully listed on the Chinese Stock Exchange on December 24, 2010. Infinova will use the US$300 million to grow both organically and through acquisitions. The current market value of Infinova is now US$1.2 billion. With company headquarters in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey, USA, the Initial Public Offering (IPO) was placed on the Chinese Stock Exchange because it is one of the top IPO markets globally. 

Securitas has acquired Dutch security consulting company Interseco, the latter's enterprise value estimated at MSEK 43 (4.5 million Euro).

The Roto Group is on course to achieve its highest ever worldwide sales figures, although the directors have urged there is "no place for euphoria" because the international marketplace remains difficult.
