Compact addition to the X-Vision Pro-HD NVR range is mighty powerful
Advertised as a Low Cost Mini HD-IP NVR for up to 8 IP cameras this Plug & Play device is super-compact, occupying less room on your desk than your drinks coaster.
This little box of tricks is claimed by the manufacturers to be the smallest of its' kind available on the market, measuring just 88 x 88x 32mm. It is ideal for applications where space is at a premium whilst being budget-friendly and OnVIF compatible too.
Via the operating software included the XRN0808E-2 boasts straightforward set up, and allows users to choose multiple video parameters for each channel including encoding options and stream types, resolution, bit rate as well as frame rate and video quality. Additionally its' CMS software can be used to monitor several NVR's with multiple IP cameras when connected to a single PC and it can also send email alerts to your chosen device when an alarm is triggered.
For such a small unit it has a high level of connectivity with VGA/HDMI Monitor outputs, 100MB LAN connection, twin USB ports and ESATA port. It allows plug in external recording via ESATA or USB3.
The HDMI output allows for true 1080P resolution when connected to an HD Monitor.
The unit is designed to be as easy to use as a standard CCTV DVR and can be controlled locally via a USB Mouse. It provides full HD (1080P) real-time recording for up to 8 IP cameras, and can be remotely accessed from a range of devices including Smartphone, Tablet, PC and Mac. For ease of use it can also be used as a local viewing station for IP cameras recording on a different NVR.
