ISM signs Penta Techsecure as Middle East Partners

* Dubai.jpgPSIM pioneers, ISM, inventors of Genesys Security Control Room Management System (The patent protected system that renders servers redundant with its unique migrating driver technology.) have announced a partnership with Penta Techsecure, who will be acting as their business development partner in the Middle East, responsible for first-line sales and support.

It's a timely move ahead of the imminent launch of the Arabic version of Genesys.

Commenting on the partnership, Stephen Smith, Sales and Marketing Director, ISM said: "We have been looking for a technical partner in the Middle East for some time now. Our requirements were exacting so I'm delighted that in Penta Techsecure we have found a partner with impeccable credentials. They bring to the table that elusive combination of excellent technical skills, an exemplary reputation and a track record in the security industry for delivering first class support to clients."

Based in Dubai, Penta Techsecure is also the regional partner for Bosch, Senstar, KBC Networks and Commend.

"We have to offer a regional first line support," continued Smith. "The number of serious enquiries we're now getting from the Middle East is at an all time high. We have already won a number of projects and are close to securing several other major projects in the region."

Commenting on the partnership, Ramji Krishnan (ex-Regional Manager for Bosch Security systems for the Middle East) and Penta Techsecure MD said: "We had been looking for some time to add a PSIM system to our portfolio and complement our current product offering which we believe that in Genesys we have at last found what we were looking for. Of equal importance our chosen PSIM partner had to demonstrate a proven track record too; one that would withstand our sharp scrutiny and that of our many clients. The patented migrating driver technology at the heart of Genesys enthralled our team. Genesys is a reliable system and it is so easy to use. The launch of the Arabic version is also very exciting."

Smith concluded: "As a global player in a fiercely competitive market, ISM is going from strength to strength and our latest move in securing Penta Techsecure puts us in pole position to dominate the PSIM market in the Middle East and the Far East within the next 5 years."
