Locksmiths' Exhibition Update
Just 5 weeks left - We have a few new exhibitors thinking about the last 2 stands and the one re-available after poor old Citysafe stopped trading.
If you didn't see that training was available at the show, then now is a good chance to go have a look - one on Impressioning was handed back as the poor guy lost out - Impressioning class or a weekend away with his wife! Oh well. It may still be available when you read this - unfortunately we cannot offer more places as Alan whishes to keep it small enough to help everyone out.
Shaggy and Scoobidoo are offering a class (that's Nigel Tolley and Jon Pitcher to show newbies) billed as lock picking but it is also a bring your toys and we will help you to use them opportunity. There are a number of free information seminars as well.
Payatrader has offered a small incentive for actually registering in the form of a pint of beer (or a soft drink of your choice). We have prizes for
100 - 250 -500 - 750 and 1000th registration
Winners so far are:
Dave Thompson (DJTLocksmiths) 100
Phil Hunt (Benn Locks and Safe) 250
Jon Pitcher (JP Locksmiths) 500
Who will get 750 and 1000? The 750th registration is pretty close now.
An added incentive is still the Magazine subscription for £10 only available to visitors that pre-registered - You can register on the door of course - but then it's £12.00. Not available on-line or after the show closes.
Check the www.lasm.co.uk website as it's now quite active and many more features will be added in the next few months
The on-site Orchard Hotel still has rooms at slightly under the normal charge - teach me to negotiate before it opens, but still a good price B&B per room - if you check the website there is a number and code there - you need your login and password to retrieve them.
All subscribers should have got an e-mail about their renewal month - I know some were a bit distant, but I will remind you as it approaches - you can add the £10 on the end if you wish....
