Glasgow 2014 organisers invite bids for £5m Games security contract

Glasgow 2014 organisers are inviting private firms to bid for a £5m security contract for the Commonwealth Games. The tender includes event stewarding at various Games venues at the competition in less than two years' time.

Contractors will submit bids for the work, which is split into five sections - east, west and south Glasgow, road events associated with the competition and other venues hosting non-sporting Games events.
