UAP TradeLocks Ireland Open Day a great success

* UAP-Irish-cylinder.jpgUAP TradeLocks opened their doors on Sunday 25th November to welcome customers to their new offices in Dundalk, Ireland.

Customer Care and Sales Representatives Pat McGinn and Shaun Goodman were ecstatic with the turnout and the level of sales; even the miserable weather couldn't keep people from missing out on the incredible prices and friendly customer service on offer.

Locksmiths who attended the event were particularly impressed with UAP's new Irish Market Replacement Cylinders. These new 5 pin euro cylinders are 67mm overall and help to solve the problem of over 80% of doors in Ireland being fitted with a cylinder that is too big, thus leaving them vulnerable to lock snapping attempts. The Replacement Cylinders are UAP+ Anti-Snap and Anti-Bump.

Visitors to the Open Day were also amazed with the vast range of products on offer from UAP TradeLocks on seeing all of the products laid out. Customers were especially impressed with the variety of letterplates; UAP have six different ranges of letterplates available in an array of sizes and finishes.

At the Open Day there was plenty for visitors to see and do; a work station was set up so that locksmiths could practice with different tools, including Genuine Lishi which proved to be very popular.

Jonny Ross from JR Autos was also there running an EEPROM Programming Course throughout the day. This was an outstanding success with customers calling Pat up later on to tell him how much they enjoyed it. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, some people missed out on the course; therefore UAP will be putting on a follow up course in January 2013.

Along with the follow up EEPROM course, a top locksmith from the UK will be heading to Dublin to hold a one day Genuine Lishi 2-in-1 Training Course. This is going to book up fast so call to secure your place.

UAP TradeLocks were extremely pleased with the support from their customers in Ireland and with the feedback they have received. Pat said: "It was an excellent day and we couldn't have imagined a better turnout considering the weather. Customers showed a keen interest in both our range of door hardware and our locksmith tools.

We would like to thank everyone who braved the weather to come and see us, the reception we received was incredible and people were very positive about our products."

UAP TradeLocks have moved to Ireland as part of their plan to make their products and services more accessible and affordable to customers in Ireland.

All of the products seen at the Open Day are in stock and can be delivered within 2 working days of the order being placed.

Along with opening up offices in Ireland UAP TradeLocks are also working with a top UK locksmith to perfect the much heralded 3D Pro Machine for the European market. There are exciting times ahead for UAP TradeLocks, who aim to have the 3D Pro Machine ready in the new year.
