Project Griffin new refresher programme online
The newly updated online refresher programme for security personnel who have attended a Project Griffin awareness day is now available through Skills for Security and over 200 learners and 26 companies have already signed up to refresh their knowledge and understanding of practical counter-terror measures.
The programme, which takes around 30 minutes to complete, has been revised to include a Firearms module and new material appropriate for London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games events. .
Don Randall MBE, Head of Security at the Bank of England and National Executive Chairman of Project Griffin, said:
"Project Griffin continues to grow daily and offers Public / Private partnership support to communities across the Country. As the National Executive Chairman and Founder I thank everyone for their participation and commend you to engage with the revised refresher programme."
