Pentagon Protection security film for London windows

Pentagon Protection has announced it has secured a contract to supply and install glass protection window film at an existing overseas government client's premises in London valued at £27,500.

The company said the longstanding overseas government client has exercised the second option year of an existing agreement with Pentagon for the continuance of window upgrade works to its properties globally, with recent upgrade works in Africa valued at over £86,000.00.

Pentagon managing director Steve Chambers, says: "I am extremely pleased to announce the securing of these new contracts for our glass protection window film division. "These awards together with the take-up of a further option year by a long-standing overseas government client illustrate Pentagon's commitment to build, develop and support our client base. These orders strengthen the long term revenue stream, helping to ensure the overall stability of the Group."

The company is a specialist in the supply and installation of window films for anti-shatter/safety requirements, bomb blast protection and security. It also offers expertise in solar control films and opaque privacy films, including a car window tinting service. For its first half to March 2011 the group reported significant improvement versus the same period in 2010, with turnover increasing 32% to £1,238,595 and losses from operations before exceptional items reducing by 44% to £174,078. It also reported an increase in total assets from £1.1 million at its year end 30 September 2010 to £1.6 million at 31 March 2011.

Pentagon Protection Plc is a United Kingdom-based company engaged in the development and advancement of protective window films and glass containment anchoring systems. The Company also specialises in the supply and installation of anti-shatter/safety films, bomb blast protection, security and solar control films, as well as opaque privacy films and manifestation graphics.

Pentagon Protection (UK) Limited is the Company's subsidiary, which is engaged in the supply and application of solar control, safety and security films to commercial buildings. Pentagon's car window tinting service includes a full life-time warranty. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007, the Company disposed of two subsidiaries, Pentagon Glass Tech Limited and Pentagon Glass Tech (Franchising) Limited. In September 2008, Pentagon Protection Plc acquired SDS Group Limited, a security company. SDS Group Limited provides bespoke security consultancy in project management and technical skills in structural buildings.
