Evolution maintains quality standards with ISO certification
Evolution, the integrated fire and security business, has achieved ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for Quality Management Systems.
The previous ISO 9001:2008 accreditation was well integrated within Evolution's processes and procedures, enabling a smooth transition to the new standard which includes a number of important developments.
One of the most significant is the need for a documented Risk Management process identifying the potential risks to the business. This required a comprehensive review of the company's Business Continuity plan to enable the newly created Risk Register to record the key areas at risk (along with the level of risk) in greater detail.
New emergency processes have also been created to include appropriate control measures to mitigate risks and identify those who may be affected.
