EMCS open days a great success for Romad

* EMCS2.jpgRomad reports that its stand at the recent EMCS open days attracted the attention of a large number of installers and resellers who were interested in the new revenue stream that can be generated by the RSP-100 lone worker protection solution.

"We were delighted to be invited to participate in the EMCS open days," said Lee Howells, Romad's Sales Director. "We had the opportunity to meet many EMCS customers and demonstrate to them how easy it is to promote a potential life saving product such as the RSP-100."

The open days took place at EMCS premises in Chilwell, Nottingham on 9th and 10th June. Customers who attended had the opportunity to join a guided tour of EMCS state-of-the-art alarm receiving control as well as discuss their ongoing requirements with EMCS personnel. To make the event fun as well as educational, EMCS based their hospitality on a Medieval Revelry theme with mead and hog roast available throughout the two days with jesters on hand to provide music and comedy.

"Our attendance at the open days coincided with the successful integration of the EMCS alarm receiving software platform with our RSP-100 device," added Lee Howells. "As a result, EMCS customers now have an immediate opportunity to offer protection to lone workers who may be vulnerable to being physically attacked as they go about their day to day business."

Utilising GPS based technology, which interacts with EMCS' alarm receiving software platform, the RSP-100, which is fully compliant with the BS Standard 8484 Lone Worker Code of Practice, equips employers to know exactly where their lone workers are whenever they need assistance.
