Vehicles allegedly stolen by locksmith at airport

A number of vehicles were allegedly stolen by a locksmith at a Wisconsin airport. Forty-six-year-old Anthony Larson of Milwaukee has reportedly admitted stealing nine cars and vans parked at Milwaukee's Mitchell International, and park and ride lots around the area.

Prosecutors say Larson changed the vehicles' I-D numbers and sold them on Craigslist to unsuspecting buyers in Minnesota and Illinois. Officials say Larson stole mostly Chrysler Town and Country vans. He reportedly told officers that an airport parking garage gave him a large choice of vehicles to take without many security cameras watching. Larson is free on a signature bond, and he's due back in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on May 1st for a preliminary hearing on four felony vehicle theft counts.
