Delta Security celebrates gold with Yale

Locks changed in anti-burglar drive

Improved home security is making it harder for burglars operating in Leeds.

Housing provider East North East Homes Leeds (ENEHL) is working with social enterprise Community Action and Support Against Crime (CASAC) to replace weak uPVC door locks to French and patio doors.

Councillor Ron Grahame, who is on the board at the housing provider, said: "Tackling the unacceptable levels of burglary in the city is a key priority for ENEHL and the Council. Our partnership work to upgrade euro cylinder locks as part of target hardening of public and private sector homes is really helping to reduce the burglar's activities."
