Visitor Pass Solutions product line now includes software: “eVisitorPass”

Now there’s a visitor management software program that fits any size business, school, or healthcare facility. The new “eVisitorPass” visitor management system, by Data Management Inc. of Farmington, Conn., USA, makes it easy for organisations to register, badge, track, and run reports on visitors of all kinds, including vendors, contractors, and family members.

This latest addition to DMI’s Visitor Pass Solutions product line combines secure cloud-based data storage with a simple app that installs in minutes. “eVisitorPass” starts with affordable essentials, and then lets users build from there.

“The basic system includes software, installation, a printer, and a roll of 250 expiring visitor labels, all for only $490 for the first year — and $250 per year after that,” says Richard Reed, DMI’s Vice President of Development. “Users who desire more functionality can add a camera, a driver’s license reader, predator-lookup access, and a sign-out scanner to round out their system.”

This “build-your-own” approach is a departure from other visitor management systems, says Brian Gallagher, President of DMI.

“Our research has shown that customers are frustrated with the high cost of VMS programs and having to pay for features they don’t use or even need. The eVisitorPass system lets them choose for themselves the exact functionality they want  - nothing more, nothing less.”
