Yale drives mobile support to locksmiths

* Yale-customer-van.jpgYale has invested in a specialist customer support van to reach its national network of locksmiths. A specialist from Yale's team, Tim Jackson, will be travelling the UK in a bespoke van offering locksmiths guidance and advice on best use of products.

Attending a variety of events, store openings, and training days, Tim will give demonstrations of Yale's latest products, as well as those that have proven popular for locksmiths. This latest initiative from Yale comes as part of a number of campaigns to make consumers think more about security, therefore driving sales for locksmiths in 2013.

Acting as Yale's first merchandiser, Tim will support locksmiths with varying levels of experience in fitting the products.

David Herbert, Head of Marketing for Yale, said: "Tim's knowledge and experience makes him the perfect choice for the role of supporting our national portfolio of locksmiths. He will be able to provide training and run demo days."

"Customer support lies at the heart of our business strategy; we take pride in making sure our customers get the most from each of the products we develop."
