Security questions after break-in at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

A break-in at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport could open the door to security questions reports WFAA.com. Someone pried open a door near Gate 29 in Terminal B last Monday week. Nothing was taken - except for the core of the lock. Several locksmiths were asked about what this threat really means. One told WFAA.com it's possible to fashion a key from the core.

A News 8 investigation two years ago led to Dallas/Fort Worth scrapping an outdated key-and-lock system. The airport still used locks dating back to 1973 to access some sensitive areas - including runways.
