Yale's Pro-Key Dealer Day success

Yale has held a special event for its Pro-Key dealers to exclusively reveal new plans for the patented high security system and announce exciting product and service updates, designed solely for locksmith customers.
Dealers who attended the all-day event at Yale's head office in Willenhall enjoyed a preview of upcoming improvements to Pro-Key, as well as presentations on new products, including BS cylinders, electronic door viewers and the new range of fire safes, which are exclusive to locksmiths.

There was also an opportunity for locksmiths to network with other Pro-Key dealers, plus visitors had a sneak preview of the new support available from Yale, including the 'Find a Yale Locksmith' web-based search service and the new Yale Security Centres initiative, which is coming soon.

Yale also presented updates on new communications and marketing support, including newsletters, point of sale and specialist window displays.

Says Sharn Samra of Yale: "The Pro-Key dealer day was an opportunity to discuss our plans with locksmiths and gain their feedback to ensure we are providing the best possible products and services to this very important market."

The locksmiths were also invited on a factory tour to see the investment and commitment Yale has made to continue to manufacture the majority of its products in the UK.

Each of the Pro-Key dealers were presented with new certificates signed by Yale's Managing Director John Ward.
