Security guard who stole valuables from a car involved in a fatal road crash has avoided jail
Anthony Brown was working as a security guard and recovery agent at the time of the crash on the M25 on October 15 last year. Izabela Derbis, 27, from west London, was a rear-seat passenger in a friend's car when it collided with other vehicles. She died at the scene.
