Reward offer after vandal attack
A Cardigan locksmith who set up in business just a few months ago has hit out and offered a reward for information leading to a court conviction after his premises were attacked at the weekend.
The incident happened at Cardi Locks in Morgan Street when a plate glass window was shattered.
