LockExpo - It's Showtime!

* LockExpo.jpgWith LockExpo 2018 just around the corner, we thought it would be a good time to iron out some creases and clarify a few details.

First item on the agenda: have you registered yet? Even if you've attended previous shows you still need to register for this one! Bringing your QR code on the day will guarantee you fast track entry, saving you from the boredom of the queue (but if for some reason you can't download your QR code, don't worry - as long as you're in the database, you'll still get fast track entry). If you haven't pre-registered you will have to queue up and register on the desk.

It'll only take you a minute to do it in advance and it'll save you lots of time on the day - why not do it right now?

As you will know by now, this year we are running a picking competition which will require competitors to pick both cylinders and Viro padlocks. The winner will receive £100 credit for SKS and the honour of being the top picker of LockExpo 2018. Entrants must bring their own picks! In addition to this competition you can also pit your wits against the Master Lock Select Access Smart(tm) Bluetooth Key Box and try to guess the combination to win a mystery prize.

If you're planning on dragging your family along this year we've got you covered - drop them off at the Family Room. Jam-packed with toys, magazines, newspapers, refreshments, wifi and balloons! the family room provides your loved ones with a safe haven of distractions, while you can go off and enjoy the show at your own leisure.

If you're planning on taking part in the Bring & Buy please bring your items to stand C1 and ensure they are labeled correctly with the following:
- Your name
- Contact details while at show
- The item name and its condition
- Selling price
- Payment types accepted

With regards to training, please check what you need to bring to take part in the classes or workshops (Impressioning - impressioning file, pippin or round. Bumping - bump hammer. Non Destructive Entry - pin tumbler lockpicks). Haven't booked yet? There are spaces left in some of the classes - be quick!

Check our Twitter for further updates and we'll see you on Saturday morning bright and early!
