'Lost' package found to be a bomb
A lost data stick is bad enough but...
A package found by a security guard at a U.S. federal office building sat for three weeks before being screened - when it was found to be a bomb!
A private contract guard found the suspicious package outside the Detroit skyscraper in late February, but put it straight into 'lost and found' without having it screened, according to union officials.
When another member of staff decided to screen the package three weeks later, it was found to contain bomb parts and was detonated outside the building.
