Hiplok - the bike lock you wear
The idea of wearing a bicycle lock around the waist or across the shoulder is not new; bike couriers have been doing it with heavyweight chain and cable locks for years, but the Hiplok is claimed to be the world’s first bicycle lock developed specifically to be worn on the body.
There is no need to take a bag with you and you transfer the weight of the lock (1.7 kg) from your back and shoulders to your hips, which makes riding more stable and comfortable.
Priced at £69 the Hiplok carries a Silver Sold Secure rating.
