Stanley Convergent Security Solutions acquires three security companies
Stanley Convergent Security Solutions has announced the purchase of Smiths Security Services Ltd., Raysil Security Systems Ltd., and SRP Security Systems Ltd. located in Oxfordshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire respectively from Verifier Capital Ltd. (UK), a subsidiary of Verifier Capital Holdings, LLC.
The purchase of Smiths, Raysil and SRP includes the operations of each business with expertise in installing, servicing, inspecting, maintaining and monitoring intrusion alarms, fire alarms, access control and video surveillance systems. The acquisition of these businesses includes mostly commercial accounts including top universities, telecommunications, financial, healthcare and retail customers throughout the UK. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
