Change at the top for ABUS UK

ABUS worldwide have continued to successfully grow as a supplier of total security solutions ranging from mechanical security products to advanced intruder, access control and video surveillance systems. In recognition of the total security range now available and with UK being a key market for the company, ABUS is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Romanov as new Managing Director of ABUS UK.

Peter joins ABUS with a wealth of previous experience in the security market including both mechanical and electronic security products for both residential and commercial markets. Over the past 20 years he has held various management positions successfully growing those businesses.

Nick Vanderhoest has stepped down as ABUS UK MD in anticipation of his own pending retirement, and to help ensure that ABUS can be driven on to be the potential number 1 UK security brand.

Commenting on his appointment Peter said:
