Yale Multi-Family Solution featuring Accentra lock management software

Yale Locks & Hardware introduces its Multi-Family Solution, featuring Yale Accentra lock management software for multi-family housing. The cloud-based software allows facility administrators to easily manage access rights for residents, guests and employees.

Yale Accentra is a dedicated web-based software designed to eliminate costs and maintenance of on-site servers and ensure that databases are always accessible and secure.

The software is accessible from any internet-connected device, including Mac, PC, smart phone or tablet. Yale Accentra features an intuitive interface that requires minimal training and a responsive design that automatically optimizes for any device.

The software seamlessly manages the Yale multi-family solution, which includes nexTouch access control locks for common areas and exterior doors, Yale Real Living digital deadbolts and interconnected locks for residence doors, and a credential updater, based on secure HID technologies, for updating access rights and transmitting audit trails.

The software enables easy management of multiple properties and employees with access to multiple sites. It also allows property managers to distribute one-time-PINs (OTPs) for unit lockout, lost cards, or emergency access.

With Yale Accentra, residents of a multi-family property are afforded a new level of convenience, allowing them to request temporary access for guest or maintenance staff, control common area access for family members and easily obtain new credentials if needed. Building owners, developers, and property managers benefit from easier management of access rights, increased security and reduced maintenance costs.
